chronic pain,insomnia, sleeping problems, lower sex drive, digestive problems, eating too much or too little,difficulty concentrating,making decisions, fatigue you might be expereiencing stress.

Your body's reaction to pressure from a situation or incident is called stress. It could be an emotional, mental, or bodily reaction. We all experience stress from time to time, but what one person feels unpleasant may be completely different from what another finds stressful. Public speaking is an example of this. Some people enjoy the rush, while others grow numb at the mere thought of it.

A normal physiologic response to a potentially dangerous circumstance is stress. When you are suddenly stressed, your brain releases chemicals and hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol into your body .some of the stress symptoms are as follows;

  • stomach issues (ibs-d, ibs-c, ibs-m, etc)
  • headaches
  • sleep problems
  • stress ulcer
  • stress at work
